Unniyappam

Neyyappam

Cardamom, milk, ghee, coconut etc. with the blended rice flour jaggery batter is fried into hot oil until they turn golden brown. Ada Pradhaman
Ada Pradhaman is the king of sweets in Kerala. Being a special dish made with coconut, rice, banana and jaggery, this payasam is an explosion of flavours. The Ada is made like pastry sheets with flour and then cut down into bits. The jaggery mix when diluted with thick coconut milk imparts a unique taste to this dish.

Rava laddo

Bamboo Rice Payasam

Mutta mala
